Villa is a mountain-top 11-sleeper with space to spare for all your family and friends.  The villa is perched high on a hill to give you the best views over the Paphos coastline but is just a 10 minute drive to where it is all happening.  Coral Bay  is a lively strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars and shops with 2 of the best beaches on the island, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach.  It’s a short drive down to the charming village of Peyia with tavernas, bars, restaurants good local shops and amenities

To the West lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park.  To the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa is a unique 5-bedroom villa in true CVR style, light streams through the spacious ground floor with its open plan lounge, including a large flat screen TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, dining area to seat 10 guests and an immaculate modern kitchen fully kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar & bar stools.  A guest cloakroom can also be found on the ground floor.  On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a 2nd double and a twin bedroom both sharing a family bathroom.  On the lower ground level through its own independent entrance, is an apartment with 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities.

The fantastic outside space has sumptuous seating areas, walk-in pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, bbq, optional hot tub and games area with pool table, ping pong table & foosball, all ideal for pool parties tucked into mature and beautiful well groomed gardens.  Add to all this the amazing panoramic sea and mountain views, Villa makes for the perfect mountain-top haven for groups or families that love to holiday together.  Due to electricity restrictions, only the heated pool OR the hot tub can be booked at one time.
